“Ive been coming to stay in waterloo the last 3 weeks and this hotel is the 1st one i felt safe in clean rooms not afraid that i was going to catch bugs or something from the beds or bathrooms the food was great service was 100% i just wish i would of gottwn to the pool !! Maybe next time and there will be a next time ”

“People at the front desk explained everything, very helpful, & we could understand what they were saying. The whole building, this includes lobby, rooms, pool, & breakfast area, clean!! It is so nice, stay over at CLEAN, FRIENDLY hotel. ”

“We absolutely loved this hotel! Tasteful decor, comfortable bed, lovely "old hotel" ambience throughout. Friendly and welcoming staff, nice coffee and pastries in the library and located right along the fun and interesting downtown. There is a free parking lot just around the corner. We'd love to come back and will stay here again!”

“Room was very clean (and I'm a stickler for clean). The evening staff member was wonderful! Breakfast was better than the usual breakfast fare. Fresh fruit, normal hot foods, yogurt, PB, decaffeinated tea, etc. We've stayed here before and will do so again. No complaints by me.”
