“Very close to CSU, walking distance. Convenient to Old Town and many places to eat and drink. Overall it was very quiet but on a couple occasions you could hear the train in the early mornings. Inside was clean and it had the amenities for a short stay. The fridge was a little small but that is due to the size of the studio apartment. “We were not informed until the day before that the property was being remodeled. there was no pool available. We were told there would be breakfast - fruit, granola bars, coffee was all that was provided because, no kitchen. I had to go to the lobby to get hot water to make my tea...there was no chair in our room - they were "on order" which did not help us. The toilet clogged twice - fixed quickly, fortunately. “The hotel has a large open atrium style and hosts large special events with hundreds of people and amplified music and speaking. This went on until 10:45 PM. The noise makes it into the rooms making it impossible to sleep or relax. The special evens also fill the parking lot making it hard to park for guests, even when they require you to pay for parking. Check for events happening during your stay. Otherwise the hotel is clean, but average.”
