“The location was ideal. The room was dated but fine. It looked like the sheets on the pull out bed had not been changed from last guest and there were a lot of ants. We were also asked to pay a deposit when we arrived, which I wasn't aware of and eventually they let it go but not without having to get upset about it.”

I had to ring this number, then I got someone on the phone that demanded I tell her my credit card number or I wouldn’t be getting access to a locked box which has my key in it. There were other people in the room yet I still had to give them my number. I explained that the payment had already been done but she said she needed my number to verify or guarantee the payment. “It is a beautiful accomodation, it has all confort and the staff is very kind..if I will come back in Auckland, I would to go here”

“The office staff were very helpful and it only a short walk up the road to the Main Street were there were 4 or 5 choices for dinner”

“The property was near main bus lines, and train an easy walk. It room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet at night. I seldom travel to Auckland on personal trips, but would stay here again. ”

“This stay wasn’t as good as my last as this room didn’t have a seat and table. Had I known rooms of the same standard have different layouts, I would have asked for one with a seat and small table. This room was much smaller than last time and I wondered if I’d had a first time experience that wasn’t to be repeated.”
