Hotel a Glenbrook

“Ci abbiamo dormito una notte di passaggio. La città è caratteristica e mantiene gli edifici di un tempo, magari non tutti ristrutturati. Così anche il sugarloaf. Per qualche ora ti sempre di esser trsportato nell'antico ed un poco sgarrupato far west. Comunque divertente”

This property made it VERY clear that Expedia does not do any on-site Vetting, and if they do, they sure missed this one. The room we had was dirty, the bed felt like it should have been replaced a decade ago, so that made the bed sheets, (that didn't seem to be the correct size) VERY susceptible to coming off, wallpaper was coming off the wall, desk chair leather was cracked and brittle (needed to be...

“The room was tidy but the bedsheets had a cigarette burn on them, and there was a hole on the wall near the floor bigger than a golf ball. The bathroom had brown splatter near the baseboards, and there was dirty paper towels scrunched under the sink. There was also no extra toilet paper other than the one provided. Also the bathroom window didn’t have a screen and the window wouldn’t stay open by itself so we put a bottle to hold it open. The front desk was kind and helpful.”

“It’s a hole in the wall type motel. But it was surprisingly clean. The beds were clean. The bathroom toilet was not seated very well and shook when you sat on it😂. The towels were as cheap as you can get but it was clean and comfortable. Biggest gripe was it smelled really bad. We bought an air freshener for the night and that helped a ton”

“Sorry but just not a fan. Front desk was not friendly. Hotel is outdated and not well kept. Room had sticky things all over the wall from what appears to be someone hanging something prior to us. Don’t do it, stay somewhere else”
