“Pleasant surprise. The room was spacious and very clean. There is ample storage space for clothes. Kitchen had updated appliances and some dishes. Lots of outlets for your electronics. The staff was friendly enough, but check-in can be done thru your phone or at the kiosk. Bring your groceries and cook a home cooked meal. I would stay here again.”

“This is the best Holiday Inn Express I've ever stayed in and it's the only hotel we use when we travel! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful! The property is extremely clean and you can tell they take cleanliness seriously. It is very close to the 101, which is a main thoroughfare around Phoenix. We used this location as a base for our 6 days here for baseball games, Apache Trail, golf, and other activities. The breakfast was good. Always egg options, breakfast meat options, pancakes,...

“Was a hassle to get the shuttle. Told to watch for certain vehicle at a certain spot and that was not what showed up!!!
When arrived at hotel, did not receive room we booked and there was no other available room for us. Kids had to sleep on cot and floor!!!! Terrible!
Staff were pleasant though and did their job. ”

“This hotel offers a cheap yet good quality accommodation option near Phoenix downtown (~10 mins walking from the city center). The room was comfortable and silent, Wi-Fi works well. Staff is very friendly, welcoming, and available for any issue. Free breakfast offered every day from 6.30 to 9.30 am.

“We liked the short walk to the water park from our room. We enjoyed a hike around the property in the morning. I had a massage and a pedicure and both were great. The only drawback was house keeping only came 1 day out of our 4 night stay. ”

“Amazing bar and kitchen. The food was absolutely incredible and we had great service. Great valet and overall service. Nice pool area. Didn’t love the small queen beds, bathroom lights that woke you up if someone had to use the restroom in the middle of the night, or the amount of sound you could hear from our room (would recommend not staying right next to the pool). Overall, really nice stay. Will visit again!”

“Everything was very nice except for the person duty when we checked in, his mood was unprofessional and unpleasant. The hotel’s location is the best and the decor is so unique and fun! The free drink card was a very nice touch! Room was quiet, cooled perfectly and bed was comfortable. I would the hotel and just hope you are greeted properly when you check in! Didn’t ruin our time, it was vacation! ”
