“The roll away bed under the sofa was stained YELLOW! No mattress cover on it nor the actual king mattress which was uncomfortable and outdated. The room was ok clean wise besides coffee rings stained all over the furniture. No coffee creamer or sugar left for coffee in the morning. Staff was nice but made me come down to the desk to pick up the extra pillows and blankets that I ordered for the sofa bed. I’m shocked because of how good of reviews this property has. Would not stay again. ”

“The room was very clean. The shower had the BEST water pressure I have ever experienced in a hotel (or even at home) and was divine. The AC kept the room perfectly cool - was great for sleeping. Breakfast was great - there's a restaurant/cafe downstairs and each room gets free coffee and breakfast sandwich. The food is excellent!”

- Only cleaned every other day
I don't recommend them, especially with the strong bad smell throughout the room. It was very offputting, and early they don't maintain, air out, or regulate the temperature properly.”
