“I had to extend my stay and the staff was very helpful and kind. I had a comfortable room especially the bed and linens.”

Light in the bathroom went out multiple times, which was doubly inconvenient given that the switch was on the outside wall. Yes, left totally in the dark in the bsthroom with no switch! Didn't ask the staff to check on it considering their prior disinterest. Breakfast...

“Nothing fancy here, just a nice clean place to stay. Not as updated as other hotels but again, clean and comfortable. Smaller pool but it looked like kids were still having fun. Unique check in system but hey, it works. Breakfast again nothing fancy but all the basics. Would stay again.”

“It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The cleaning was questionable because there was a small kid toy on the floor when we walked in and a wash cloth thrown onto the TV stand.”

She is very friendly, knowledgeable and offered to help us if we had any questions or needed anything at all. She made us feel appreciated. “Clean and very comfy beds. Shower was great. Rooms were clean and great overall. Breakfast was really good. It’s an older property and a little rough on the exterior. Inside hallways and doors are a little rough as well but overall it’s a decent stay for the price. I would stay here again.”

“It was clear that something was off when the soap and shampoo dispensers in the3 bathroom were empty and the towels had been washed and re-used well past their useful life. The property is in a blighted area with a number of abandoned businesses, and from the outside this ABVI also looked abandoned. The worst was the breakfast. They told us it was from 6 to 9. When we got there at 6 no one was there. There was a thermos of coffee from the night before or maybe the night before that. There...

“This is a budget friendly hotel. Basically a place to sleep. It is very easy to get to off the interstate and close to eating and shopping. We come here every year and will come again next year.”

“We stay here every time we come to Ottawa. We love the clean rooms, friendly staff, the outdoor patio with lots of seating and a grill, it’s close to everything including grocery store, gas stations and restaurants. Especially Starbucks just a few feet away!”
