Case vacanze a Grassy Key

“We had a great week at this property and ultimately gave it 5 stars because it delivered exactly what we needed: an unbeatable location, beautiful water views, and a convenient home base for exploring the Keys. The biggest strengths are definitely the setting and location. The views are fantastic, and Grassy Key was a great central location for day trips both north and south. We spent most of our time out exploring, on the water, or enjoying the area, so having an affordable waterfront place to...

“La struttura è composta da piccoli cottages di diversi colori con al centro un Tiki Bar. La stanza è molto grande ed è circondata dal giardino; il parcheggio è comodo e gratutito. Il check-in è automatico, abbiamo ricevuto le istruzioni via mail e non abbiamo avuto bisogno della reception. La posizione è strategica per visitare le Keys: tutte le isole sono al massimo a un'ora di auto di distanza. Consigliatissimo anche per il prezzo!”

“Great stay! Easy parking and great staff, very kind and responsive”

“Overall the cleanliness was good however there some areas needed some attention of cleaning such as toilet, dusting trash can, table ceiling fan and couple other items. Staff were great. The water pressure was weak both in shower and sink.”

“Camere molto grandi e pulite. Cucina accessoriata. Belle le camere con vista sul canale. Bella piscina. Colazione un po’ carda rispetto al livello dell’hotel. Prezzo nella media.”

“Great location. Pretty views of Bay. Comfortable rooms. Enjoyed our brief stay for July 4th.”

“We enjoyed our stay but given the premium rates we had expectations for better accommodation. Space size was as expected but the accoutrements are lacking. Cheapest grades of things like paper towels, not even a box of tissues, tiniest soap and even the shower offerings were empty. The bathrooms were not vacuumed (…hair, yuck!) the kitchen houseware needs updating — only three coffee mugs and the pots and pan were lacking and poor quality. Also the cable TV did not work in the bedrooms and was...

“The house itself was adequate. It could definitely be cleaner. It is on Vrbo as able to accommodate six guests. There are five coffee cups in the cupboards, and one teaspoon in the silverware drawer. I contacted the host because there were 5 washcloths and one hand towel in the entire house, he informed me it was a Vrbo, not a hotel. We flew in, and did not pack to supply our own towels, nor did we expect to have to do laundry every single day of our vacation, although we definitely don’t mind...

“Great location, well equipped unit!Worked out perfectly”

“We loved everything about this stay. Location, access, communication, views… Definitely recommend”

“Clean, efficient condo within close vicinity of Publix, restaurants and activities for the kids. The swimming pool at the resort was inviting and the bartender was great. 5 stars!”

“The entire Duck key area is beautiful. All the units on this strip face the sunset, and the area is quiet and not overly populated. This unit specifically is an end unit which is nice because it has more windows and 1 less wall to share. The only downside I have is the kitchen is not well stocked with cookware/utensils. There are only 3 small/medium saucepans which made it difficult to cook meals/catch at home. -I had to buy a bigger pot to boil stuff. Also very few oven safe pans, and we ran...

“Great helpful host ,”

“Beautiful home in the perfect location right in the middle of the keys. Host was very responsive. Can’t wait to come back!”

“The condo was super clean and nice very close to Publix, the beach, the flowrider! A great location along with a relaxing and beautiful place to come back to after fishing all day!”

“Everything was excellent, from check in to check out. The Villa is nicely updated. Great view of the water. Nice "rainfall" shower. Comfortable living area. Chairs and tables on the deck and balcony. Easy communication with the host. No issues during our visit. As a few people have mentioned on other reviews, the decks and balconies of all these villas lack privacy as you can see and hear your neighbors. We were also able to rent kayaks from Grassy Key Marina and have them delivered and use...
