“The Mandarin House was perfect for our family of 9. Plenty of room to spread out and have our own space. The house had everything you would need for a great time in Exuma. Kitchen was well appointed with anything you might need for cooking meals. The generator was great for power outages. Filtered water available. Loved the pool and dock for boat we rented from Drex. He was great to work with. Monica and Jonas were great host and always responded quickly to any questions.”

“Our stay at the duplex was a good choice for our party of four. Waking up every morning to a beautiful view of the harbor is a great start to the day. The location is convenient to exploring both the north and south parts of the island and getting supplies from town. The home itself has nice indoor or outdoor gathering spaces and the neighborhood is well maintained as are the amenities. No complaints :)”

We also kayaked & used the paddleboard thanks to the direct water access. The water filtration system and icemaker was a game changer (saved me from buying 15 gallons of water!!). “House was just as advertised. Very roomy and clean. We were just two couples but could have easily brought more guests with the upstairs beds and bath. Kitchen was very well stocked. The view from the decks were incredible and it was cool watching the hummingbirds from the decks. Great owners that were very responsive too although we did not have any issues. ”

“Unbelievable home and location. 9 of us stayed during July and could not have asked for a better home and location. Martin who takes care of the home deserves a special thank you. Anything we needed he responded to within minutes. If you stay here and rent a boat, be aware of the tides as boats may not be able to get in and out at low tide. Not a problem just takes some planning. Kayak up the lazy river and see a few barracuda and small sharks. ”
