The location is convenient to exploring both the north and south parts of the island and getting supplies from town. “The Mandarin House was perfect for our family of 9. Plenty of room to spread out and have our own space. The house had everything you would need for a great time in Exuma. Kitchen was well appointed with anything you might need for cooking meals. The generator was great for power outages. Filtered water available. Loved the pool and dock for boat we rented from Drex. He was great to work with. Monica and Jonas were great host and always responded quickly to any questions.”

“Pictures don't do justice to the beauty of this house. Nothing like having a private beach to yourself. Eric has probably been the most responsive host I've had and provided a phenomenal guide for the house and area. During low tide I recommend the walk across to the island on mosquito cay, the beach is unreal. Also before you head out to a local business or restaurant call ahead, they don't follow there posted business hours. Highly recommend will be back”

"Pay Attention to this structure! Be Aware! The structure it's completely different from what it's shown in the photos on Expedia (whom we promptely inform). Before the check-in, the owner of the "cottage", Mr. Nixon, was very kind and fast in answering us. But once we've arrived (it took us more than one hour to find the property due to the mismatch between the real house and the one shown on Expedia) we've discovered "the surprise", and texted immediately Mr. NIxon to share our disappointment: he then disappeared. We've never checked-in because it was impossible to stay inside so We had to book another accomodation immediatily (was late evening) on Expedia to found a bed and a roof for the night... many thanks to Expedia for the day-after assistance. Please, pay attention and be aware if you want a lovely and safe stay in Exuma wich is a beautiful island!"

"Probably the most beautiful Resort on Exuma. Our interior-design Villa was a perfect interpretation of royal/colonial caribbean style. The 23th North Restaurant was very good with a very friendly staff (others staff was not so friendly..). Very good stay with all the comfort. I suggest it."
