“Great location at the center of village. It wasn't great ski weather while we were there, so the resort wasn't too busy. The room was great, overlooking the pool/hot tubs. My son was able to check it out and then go down and jump in the water. Ski resort was flexible in delaying our ski rental and lift tickets due to the heavy rain, so we still got a couple of productive days skiing”

“Our stay was a multigenerational family vacation with guests ranging from 2-72. We enjoyed the many bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots & pans, and silverware. The two dining tables ensures everyone has a place to sit for meals. The furniture and beds are comfortable. The game selection was very nice and much appreciated. The house was clean and well organized. The house is situated in a great spot to visit Ludlow, with many things being within walking distance....

“Perfect location from the base. Excellent service at check-in and check-out. Dining experiences left a lot to be desired - service was pretty bad and took a very long time for drinks and food. Wait staff was just rude. Would’ve liked the fitness center to be included and to have daily cleaning service since theirs is no washer/dryer - not enough towels and no one to pick up used towels. Overall a lonely stay and enjoyable experience. ”

“The Birch Ridge Mountain Lodge exceeded our expectations in every way possible. The entire week was seamless and the property manager's communication was exceptional. They were very accommodating in every way and had everything at the house that our team could possibly need, including large water dispensers with extra jugs so we didn't have to give out hundreds of disposable bottles, a very large TV to use for our presentations/meetings, k cups for the coffee machines, a professionally stocked...
