“Love this hotel and stay here often when we are in SA. Staff (housekeeping, front desk, breakfast area) all excellent. One favorite - the omelet chef and the great breakfast. Only 2 small complaints - Room 315 toilet flush not working correctly, and I really do not like the shower curtain.”

“they took every amenities and even our snacks and water while we left the room, I don't think they were trying to clean the room because they said there is no room cleaning for the two days stay But anyway our private belongings are gone After we came back. Also one of the staff who has tattoo, she was extremely unkind, we ask her for a new towels but she didn't care about our notes at all, there was no any towel after we came back to hotel I wish I could give zero star for this hotel”

“Perfect location if you are visiting Fiesta Texas. The only negative is all of the construction for I-10, which passes right by the hotel. But traffic is the issue, not noise, so it was manageable.”

“No hot water the morning we left, had to leave early so there was no chance for resolution. Bathroom floor was dirty when we arrived. Otherwise place was ok. Picked it because it was near the airport, so it more or less met expectations.”

“とにかく最低。 毎日のルームサービスが無く、バスタオルの交換も無し（1週間無し） 冷蔵庫が冷えないので共用部のアイスマシーンを探すとそれは壊れていて不動でした。 毎日ようにポリスが来ていたし、夜中に駐車場で騒ぐ客がいた。 またエレベーターが無いので３階まで荷物の上げ下ろしをした。 またクロークは午後11時に閉鎖し、小さな窓口から係員を呼ばなければならない。 とにかく最低だった。 そんな事が分かっていればこのモーテルを利用しなかった。”
