“After we checked out they charged my CC for $7.49 for a wash cloth they said was stained which is ridiculous. Afterwards my wife starting checking other reviews on other sites and low and behold this is a common practice this hotel uses because most people won’t go back after them. Wrong with me. My CC company took care of this and I contacted their corporate office for such a despicable practice. No more Best Westerns for us. Don’t stay there.”

“Kitchen had a small stove top, but full refrigerator. Everything was great!! Only down fall for me was no bathtub, just small shower. The pull out couch was broke, but they plan to fix it. I love this place and a great place for families🙂 The staff was great and even played a movie on the projector screen by the pool for the kids. ”

“The hotel had lots of outdoor amenities that seemed beautiful. Unfortunately due to weather we were not able to partake in them, making the room more important. Ended up with a lousy view of the roof of the adjacent attached building. Warning to Hilton Honors members, due to booking through Expedia you do not receive any points for the stay or any additional consideration.”

“Five-night stay. Our room was fresh, clean, and well maintained. Kudos to the housekeeping staff. The outdoor pool area was immaculate. The elevators were always clean. And extra gratitude to the breakfast kitchen staff. A spotlessly clean breakfast buffet and dining area. The food was delicious and the variety was impressive. The nicest you could ask for. We always look for a Hampton when we travel, and the Ft. Walton Beach hotel is one of the nicest we have ever stayed at.”

“The beds were clean and comfortable. The AC was reliable. But the wifi didn't work 3 out of the 5 times I tried to login. The bathroom needed painting and maintenance. It took more than 5 minutes of running the shower to get hot water. Maybe because we were at the end of the building? I explained better from the Wyndham name.”

“Key security access for elevator use is good. Room was nice and comfortable. Upholstery needs some attention. Breakfast was good. Vending machines were iffy and front desk purchases are $$. Parking is easy and its a short walk onto the beach. I'd definitely stay there again. ”

“We were not informed when booking that pool was closed both days while there or would have picked another hotel. Grandson was excited about swimming and we did not learn until checked in that pool was closed”
