“This was a fabulous hotel. The room was a suite. The pool was top notch. The yard was large and flat for dog walking. It was lakefront. The staff was wonderful! It was centrally located to many restaurants and other shops. It was in a great area of town. Two thumbs up! We would definitely stay here again!”

“Blood stains on my mattress which is why we spent approximately 10 minutes in the room and left to find a different place to stay. Not sure why I was embarrassed but, also Laughed at their request for a different room and Didn’t even bother to request a refund !! My wife was apologizing for choosing this place to which I replied was not her fault !”

“I was very disappointed with my stay at Hyatt Studios Huntsville. One thing that was never explained at check-in was that housekeeping would not be cleaning the room during my stay. Had I known that upfront, my expectations would have been different. Instead, I had to request clean towels every single day of my four-night stay. On the second night, a staff member even asked me to bring my used towels down to the front desk so they could be washed, which I found very unusual for a hotel...

“Staff were very friendly. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was better than average. However, when the breakfast got busy, the garage overflowed and no one from the hotel bothered to empty the trash. Not a pleasant sight. Especially when the garbage bin was in full view of the front desk.”
