Never bothered to reach out to me to resolve the issues. Room smelled musty. Bed was hard and lumpy. Felt like bugs were biting my ankles under the covers. And after a horrible very short night of sleep I went to shower and found out my room had NO HOT WATER!!!!!!! Sleep in your car instead of staying here.”
