“Staff was amazing— so attentive and polite. Room was clean and well-maintained - nice Mix of modern and traditional Japanese ryokan. Enjoyed the Kaiseki dinner and breakfast that was served in our room. Convenient hotel free shuttle to the train station. We will definitely be back again!”

“The Villa was new and up scale and roomy. It was super clean and great instruction on how to deal with the needs for our 2 days stay. The bedrooms was good size with comfortable Queens size bed and not those twin size. The beds were great and firm enough you know they weren't cheap material. The amenities were great with the sauna room was clean and equipped with sauna towel along with the private hot tub in the unit and no need to share. The balcony was great for BBQ with family and friends....

“お食事は朝夕とも美味しかったし綺麗でしたがお部屋内のバスマット・内線電話の設置が無くフロントへの連絡が出来ずわざわざフロントまで行かなければならない　貸切風呂は予約なしで別料金も掛からず良いが前に使っていると髪の毛などが浮いていて湯船が汚い　施設が綺麗なのに残念でした”

“Camera bella e spaziosa fornita di tutti i comfort. Personale molto gentile e disponibile ma che parla pochissimo l’inglese. La cena Kaiseki per noi un po’ sovraprezzata ma buona. Bagni onsen belli. ”

“Hotel di primissimo livello con onsen privato e personale disponibile. Le stanze sono spettacolari con vista memorabile, spaziose e molto belle. Futon ed esperienza tradizionale da provare. Ovviamente il bagno termale privato è il vero valore aggiunto dell’esperienza, insieme alla cena kaiseki. ”
