“Everything was great as usual. I just wanted to let you know that the heating remote did not work well. We also could not find a local news/weather channel on TV. That might be nice to include instructions on how to find that, if possible. Thank you and we look forward to staying there again. ”

“One of our favorite places to stay on our way through Michigan. Front staff are VERY friendly and VERY helpful. Property and rooms are very clean. Breakfast is better than most other places with scrambled eggs (not clear if box mix or just well scrambled), bacon strips (processed, but real meat), oatmeal, several choices of cereals, fresh bananas/apples, yogurt, waffles, and breads/toast. Pool is nice, but too small for swimming. Did not try hot tub, but looked nice. Rooms have very high...

“Clean”

“The room was suppose to be non smoking, the room smell like cigarette smoke, the bed was the same smell. Bath room sink, didnt drain. Went down to get hot water for coffee and it was warm . Didn't feel like the breakfast area was clean. ”

“Relative new construction with a great staff.”

“Poor customer service. Signs in the room say no problem if you forgot to bring amenities available upon request. Well all they had were 2 towels in the room and didn’t have any available and was told won’t be any until the next day in the afternoon. The receptionist way of expressing that was that he was being bothered and wasn’t even thinking about going above and beyond to make a loyal customer happy. Guess washing towels is too much work now a days.”
