Hotel a Hanover

“The place is great. It’s clean and cozy and was very friendly and accommodating. The only things I didn’t like was the hot water smelled like sulfur and the bed was way to soft for my liking. Other than those two things it was perfect.”

“Simple breakfast, every morning is pretty much the same. You need to use microwave to heat up the sandwich and eggs. Swimming pool looked not clean, the water seems green. so we didn’t use it. Staff was friendly, Overall an okay stay.”

“I loved the cleanliness of hotel and the many things we had access to, our studio room had a refrigerator and also a sofa bed that was very convenient we also had green apples available if needed and hot tea and coffee if needed to relax/kick back. Our staff was wonderful. The breakfast was so fresh and tasty.”

“When I arrived the key would not work, once I got a new one I walked in and the walls in the bathroom were not painted,the wallpaper had been removed. There were holes in the wall. A can of roach killer spray was outside the office door. I stayed for 10 minutes and returned my key and went home. I'll never recommend this motel at all. Please don't go. I was afraid of getting bed bugs or having roaches all over me.”

“The outside of the hotel looked dirty the same with the lobby. The elevator smelled horrible and room windows were filthy. The furniture was dusty. The shampoo bottles were moldy. I just don’t understand how can this place be in business. The pictures shown on the Expedia website weren’t real to what I expected. Please don’t stay there.”

“I've stayed at days in before, and received great customer service. The staff was not helpful at all. I had several rooms because we were there foe a graduation. They had cheaper rates the day of and would not honor there current rate. The hotel rooms looked as if they were all under construction. Two of the rooms had broke. Faucets. The tub was filthy. Stains were on the sheets in two of the rooms. I will never stay at this location again.”

“Convienent location for everything in Jackson county”

“Won’t clean rooms unless specifically asked. Stayed 4 days, asked twice to have the room cleaned - they brought towels and took the trash out- that’s it. Staff didn’t seem to care if they were helpful or not. About half the time they were standing outside smoking”

“Somehow, the room key didn't work all sudden on the last day of stay. And the before the check out, a lady approached to my husband and screamed that he had to pay for the breakfast. First of all, it is not necessary to raise a voice to the guest, any circumstance. I don't know what confusion comes from but hopefully they have a little better employee education for future.”
