Hotel a Hartford

“Very nice place at a good price. The room and public spaces were very clean. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet. I strongly recommend.”

“Breakfast normally has one of the best offerings of a hotel breakfast, but this trip the hot breakfast had mostly empty bowls showing signs of lack of attention by staff. After fresh food was delivered, it looked like a pack of wild animals attacking prey. Would atay again but have back up breakfast plans”

“Camera pulita, letto comodo, personale molto gentile. Wifi ok, doccia buona. Colazione base forse da implementare con qualche marmellata e magari waffle. ”

“The beds were super comfy, loved the shower as it had two shower heads and felt amazing. The beer house had excellent food and very reasonably priced. Overall was a great stay and would stay with them again!”

“Staff admitted to a broken elevator and expected me as a 72 year-old man to lug a 45+ pound suitcase to the king room we reserved. They offered a two queen bed room on the first floor which I considered a downgrade but they considered an upgrade. Really? We registered our dissatisfaction and said we'd check out early the next morning and not stay the remaining 3 nights. When checking out I asked how to get a refund for the remaining unused nights and the hotel said to get with Expedia. We did,...
