“The staff was excellent VERY friendly and helpful…enjoyed the breakfast,( might want to add some more fruit to the menu) ….however the phone system to call down to the front desk was not working for 3 days. If you needed something you had to literally go down to the front desk. And the most disappointing thing was the pool and hot tube was not working. This is one of the main reasons that I booked this hotel. To use the pool and relax by the pool side.. No one was permit in the pool area....

“This hotel was so sketchy. I asked for a room on higher level, as I was a female traveling alone, and they could not accommodate. They put me in a first floor room, where directly outside my window a Walmart truck driver was sleeping and I got the feeling he was just peering in through the cracks of the curtains(they wouldn’t close 100%) the entire time. I walked outside to get some air at one point, and two more truck drivers were just using the parking lot to sleep in and just staring at me....

“Breakfast times were limited due to hotel policy, but luckily we were the PM wave.(here for volleyball tournament) We did enjoy the location and ease of getting in and out of the parking lot. We did mean to try the restaurant right beside the hotel but did not have time. ”

“Was supposed to be "newly renovated," had holes in the walls, the door leading outside to the balcony was separated, trim falling off in the halls. Had drug addicts across the hall. They give you a paper when you checkin with numbers on it to call for noise complaints.I tried to call but it was just dead air. The paper said dial 0 for the front desk but there was no phone. I tried to call the hotel from my phone, no one answered. I went down to the front desk and they have a ring doorbell for...

“Lumpy beds rooms needed work. Smells at night in halls , breakfast was good if you like bread coffee poor taste. Good location will not be booking there in future.”
