“SUPER GREAT UBICATION!!! In the middle of all Surfside fun (pier, restaurants, attractions, rental of stuff…) ”

“Parking was easy. And breakfast was fresh and plenty of options for everyone ”

“The property was under renovation and I was not made aware until I arrived. No free breakfast as advertised, ice machines didn’t work and carpet was being laid outside my room. ”

“We very much enjoyed looking out at the ocean from our room. And we were able to practically walk straight out onto the beach from our room.”

“The hotel have over 120 rooms. The room type ocean view and balcony we have a room no view no balcony. Breakfasts not to interested. ”

“So the first thing I want to say is when we checked in they gave us a key to someone else’s room and we opened the door and someone was literally in there taking a shower and we hurried up and shut the door! Then we got to our room and there was a piece of the wall on the floor with nails sticking out and I’m so glad my 3 and 6 year old didn’t step on it! “Find a better place, floors are dirty, towels ate dirty, breakfast is pity. It is noisy. The plus is personal is friendly.”

“The room and staff are just ok however, I was extremely disappointed in not having at least a free continental breakfast! Sure, you can buy breakfast for $15 but considering the price you pay to stay here, that’s ridiculous for a Four Points hotel! I’ve stayed at Four Points before and had a much better experience than this one. I will not stay here again.”

“Was unable to contact the front desk to advise of late check in - I was given an email address to contact a manager and I never received a response. When we checked in the front desk stated the phones were out because someone tripped over the wires and they ripped out the wall. Tried for 2 days! I was unhappy and disappointed with everyone passing the buck and was not able to help. ”

“When we arrived, they told us the pool was closed for the day. Did not give a reason. They had a leak somewhere, which is understandable so we had no water for the first two hours. The room was missing a drawer in the kitchen, stunk like marijuana and the bathtub was literally peeling although it was very last minute due to a plane delay, and I only paid $100. It was definitely a place. I would never stay again.”
