“We recently stayed at this hotel and appreciated the convenient location, especially being able to walk to Citizens Bank Park for the game. Unfortunately, our room was not ready until about 30 minutes after the stated check-in time. The hotel provided two complimentary drink vouchers as an apology, which was a nice gesture, although we do not drink and were unable to use them. “There was a pubic hair in my shower with the drain grate turned up and not in place upon arrival. The shower barely had any water pressure. I was on a first level room and it was incredibly noisy early in the morning as well as at night. The deadbolt latch to my door broke and fell off the door during my stay so I was only able to lock the door with one lock. I’ve stayed at this hotel before, but this stay was extremely disappointing.”

“The room was a bare-bones room. No plastic laundry bags. Front desk advised they do not provide those. Those are pretty standard everywhere else I have stayed. Buffet was pricey, did not go. The door stuck so horribly we practically had to kick the door in to open it. I texted these 2x with no response.”
