We loved the location of this property- it was above a delicious coffee spot and across the street from Shunk Gulley( one of the highest rated restaurants on 30A). I appreciate the overall experience and the effort the staff puts into maintaining the property, but I did want to share some concerns regarding cleanliness and safety during my recent stay.Upon arrival, I noticed a half-empty energy drink can left in the room, which immediately raised concerns about how thoroughly the space had been prepared. There were also visible signs of water and wall damage near the bathroom...

“The studio was perfectly located in central seacrest. Just steps outside you have the pool, restaurants, a pavilion with nightly live music and a short walk/trolley ride to the beach. The studio itself was stocked with a small but perfect size kitchenette including a microwave and Keurig. The gold staple was that two beach chairs were included. Kim is such a responsive and friendly host, I would highly recommend her properties to anyone looking to stay in the area. I look forward to coming back...
