“Heather was amazing! Her communication was fast and accurate. The house was spotless. The door oil and the hot tub were great! We wish we could have used the hot tub in the day with the jets on. I like the front porch swing it was a nice touch. I recommend this home to stay in.”

“This property is spacious, in a great location, easy to bike everywhwere. It’s as pictured and better. The bed & pillows are very comfortable & great A/C for a good night’s sleep. Loved the book selection. The 2 outdoor spaces are cute and perfect for outdoor dining. Wish we could’ve stayed longer, will return.”

“We loved our stay here. The location is perfect with a community pool across the road and beach access in a walkable distance. The home was plenty big for our family and we enjoyed having dinner on the upper balcony.”

“Very close to beach access but the place needs some attention”

“I am so grateful that we decided to stay at The Carriage House. Let me tell you, you will not be disappointed. The entire neighborhood is like a movie set. It’s is stunning. I can’t even find words to describe it. I’m not sure we would have really even seen/appreciated it in the same way had we stayed at the resort. Being able to still use all of the resort amenities was the best of both worlds! The carriage house itself is gorgeous. The bed and bedding were clean and comfortable and there were...

“Wendy (Host) was phenomenal!!! The best we have had. Communications were outstanding with her and the home was perfect. Location was excellent and closer to the beach than expected. Area was just full of things to do especially 30A!!! The house was clean, and for three people perfect.”

“Steps from the beach, super cute little place perfect for a mother-daughter getaway. Host was quick to answer questions and felt very accessible. We will stay again!”

“Very clean and unique hidden gem of panama city, it may be in the city but you cant tell while at the house. Its extremely private and secluded, wildlife was everywhere, we watch herons and ducks in the bayou behind the house, a fox and a family of possums in the back yard after dusk. Its dog friendly and close to a lot of dog friendly restaurants, it also has a kayak launch and the fishing is incredible in the bayou. We caught multiple trout and reddish. Ill be posting a video on youtube @...

“My girlfriend and I were at the Hilton in Destin for a work conference and wanted to extend our time on the gulf. I found this place in Panama City. I enjoyed this so much more than the Hilton. The public beach was a very short walk. We didn't have to wait on elevators or try to set up our beach spot in a designated area. We walked out the door and got a spot on the beach without being cramped up in a small space with a ton of people like it is at condos. The room was very clean and had...

“Clean, spacious, and very family friendly! Having the golf cart was such a great plus. We enjoyed going to St. Andrew’s Park next door. Absolutely loved the community and how laid back and friendly everyone was!”

“Great location. Comfortable mattresses and good showers. This was everything we needed for a week of swimming and bike riding. We loved parking right at the front door and the privacy. Also enjoyed waking up peacefully each morning with the mourning doves on the patio, and finishing the day with live music from across the street.”
