Villa Details:
The spacious two bedroom, two bath villa features a fully equipped kitchen (Coffee maker, dishwasher, full refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishes, utensils, cookware, and cleaning supplies), in-unit washer and dryer, and open separate dining and living areas.

The master bedroom is complete with a king bed, 32-inch flat screen TV, and ceiling fan. The master bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, double sink, private commode, and a hairdryer.

The guest bedroom is equipped with two twin beds, a 32-inch flat screen TV, and ceiling fan. It is connected to another full bathroom that includes a single sink, commode, tub/shower and hairdryer.

The living room has a sleeper sofa, 32-inch flat screen TV, and a door that leads to a furnished patio. The dining area features a large table with 6 chairs.

The washer and dryer are in a separate room/closet. You will also find a broom, dustpan, and vacuum for your convenience. There is also an in-room safe, iron, and ironing board.

Parking:
Only 2 cars per villa are permitted. (The second vehicle may be required to park in the “overflow” section, but is still in the same parking lot.

RV's, trailers, motorcycles, commercial/company vehicles are not allowed in Sea Pines Plantation.
