“Our room smelled like mold, and our socks were actually black from walking on the carpet. Bathtub did not have handrails for safety and mold in the corners. Large cockroach dead in back of toilet. Told them about it the first night and was informed they had no other rooms available. When I looked on their website, it said they did have rooms. The staff was absolutely wonderful. From the time we got there until we left I can’t say enough about everyone we came in contact with. The food choices...

“This is a nice hotel. Well maintained, good rooms, etc. When we checked in, there was a sign suggesting that the staff is learning a new software and to be patient. I appreciated the transparency, but there were some major issues during the check in process. We arrived on the early side, and were told someone would call us after 1PM when our room was ready (never happened). We found out after standard check in time that our room with a balcony was oversold so they would put us somewhere else....

“This hotel is older but the staff has done a good job of trying to keep it updated and in good repair. There were a few areas where grout needing replacing and corners were a bit rusty. The pool is very small but we spent most of our time on the beach. Loved the sitting area by the pool especially on rainy days. We stayed in the 2 BR, 1 BA family suite and it was perfect for 6 people. We were traveling with elderly people so this location was perfect and provided a nice ocean view. The...

“Definitely what was expected from Hyatt. It was in the center of everything, and was pretty modern. Valet parking is a bit on the high side, but in and out privileges are extended.”

“Everything good, just have to make sure that when you have late check ins the staff are on it. Last time I did a late check in and the door was lock and nobody was at the front desk and the phone that supposedly is for call the front desk was dead.”

“Staff was great! Hotel was clean. Room was wonderful. I am sure it was a fluke and they were having issues with the fire alarm but it went off several different times starting early in the morning until we checked out. I am not sure If it continued after that or not. Also, you are REQUIRED TO USE THE VALET to park. You are not allowed to park yourself.”

“The condo was excellent! Very clean, nice and updated. The staff was very helpful. Only issue was the parking was a little confusing, but we called and the staff directed. Was a little concerned because ours was stair access only, but if you pull up on the main road you can walk straight in. Would stay here again if back in Savannah.”
