“Mold in the corners of the bathroom ceiling. Beds and pillows were awful. TV volume wouldn’t turn up or down.”

“This is not a fancy upscale place. The price is appropriate. We just needed a place to sleep for the night. Our rooms were clean, shower had plenty of hot water. the water pressure was good, and the AC worked great. The beds were comfortable. They only had a grab bag for breakfast. We opted for a Whataburger just down the road. Maverick is the place to go for fresh ground and brewed coffee. If I am in this area and need a room for the night, I would stay here again.”

“This property is cute and the room was impeccably clean. The front desk staff member met us just after midnight and was friendly and professional. We would stay there again, but with a couple of contingencies: new, softer beds ( the bed was sooooo uncomfortable and hard for osteoarthritis and fibro) and actual blackout shades as advertised only Expedia and the property website. It was incredibly bright for sleeping. Luckily, we brought eye masks and we were bone tired when we arrived, so that...

“The carpet is dirty and stained from years of use. The shower has mold growing along the top. The shower drain is slow and filled with hair. Mysterious stains on walls that need to be cleaned and painted. Furniture is stained. Spiders literally crawled out of the bed. It was disgusting. I don’t know how this hotel received good ratings which was one of the reasons I chose this place. I feel like I was deceived by Expedia.”
