Case in affitto a Holland-On-Sea

“We stayed at the apartment for four nights while visiting family in the area and had a great experience. The apartment is spacious, very well equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There are two flights of stairs to access the apartment — this wasn’t an issue for us, but it’s something to bear in mind for guests with mobility considerations. That said, the beautiful sea views more than make up for it. Communication with the host was excellent throughout — very prompt...

“We had a lovely short break in this charming cottage. The location is one of the best on the island, down a very quiet track with views out to the estuary and a short walk down to the harbour. Cottage was well equipped and has been renovated to a high spec. Steps upstairs are steep, reflecting how old the property is, so won’t suit anyone with mobility issues, but fine for us - just added to the character of the property. Would love to return!”

“We had a great stay at Leno Villa as 2 couples wanting a short break to explore the local area. We particularly enjoyed the outside space, games around the dining table and the comfortable bedrooms. The house is well equipped and well placed for local trips into Manningtree, Flatford Mill (we kayaked from Constable Park, which is a 2 minute walk from the house!) and Dedham. A sign of a good stay is an eagerness to return and we’d be back in a flash! Thanks to Stef & Team :-)”

“The property was exactly as described and came with a lot more extras than expected such as cleaning supplies, extra toilet paper a clothesline in the back and seasoning if we wanted to cook and stay in. The host was exceptional in communication and when we had a small issue he came out to the house to assist within a few minutes. Bishal is a great host and I would definitely stay at this property again.”

“Es war super gemütlich. Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Für 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder war genug Platz. Die Einrichtung war wunderschön. Gegenüber war einPub es war sehr nett. Wir würden es empfehlen wenn man eine nette Zeit haben möchte!”

“Clean, fresh and in a nice quite area”

“The farm that the hut was located in was great. Lots of animals around and it was really fun feeding the alpacas! Host was friendly and accommodating. Overall a great getaway from the city. The directions could have been clearer, there’s no mention that I could see of the farms name however this was quickly resolved by a 1 minute phone call to the host. ”

“Fair price for the accommodations offered.”
