“Sheets had hair and sand all in them. Stains. I don’t believe they were new sheets as they had no rooms at 4:30 for check in. Floor wasn’t clean. Sand all over the counters. Trash under the bed. When I asked staff I was given two sets of sheets to change myself. I’ve contacted the hotel and Expedia did too and no response.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent stay at Candlewood Suites Panama City Beach Southeast. The hotel is extremely clean, modern, and well maintained. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and have everything needed for a relaxing stay. What truly made this experience exceptional was the staff. We had a fishing trip scheduled that would have kept us out until after midnight before we could check into our room. “Es nuestra primera vez visitando Panamá city beach y nos hospedamos en este hotel La habitación estaba bien limpia, iluminada .Tenía cocina y contaba con todo lo necesario por si querías cocinar:platos ,cucharas ,un set de sartenes .Además de estufa ,microondas , refri y aire acondicionado todo en muy buenas condiciones y super limpio. Sábanas y toallas super blancas y con buen olor .El desayuno tipo bufete con variedad y bien elavorado.Los trabajadores todos muy atentos y amables brindando...

“La verdad esperaba descansar de un largo viaje en un sitio limpio y cómodo junto a mi familia, pero la habitación que nos dieron tenía un olor muy feo y creo que venía del aire acondicionado, el piso estaba sucio y las ensimeras. Creo que antes de entregar la habitación deberían asegurarse de que esté limpia completamente y que no tenga malos olores desagradables. No voy a decir que estuvo mal del todo, el personal me trató bien, pero solo ese detalle para que puedan mejorarlo”

“The beds and pillows were uncomfortable the pool didn’t look like anyone cleaned it daily. The staff was really nice . I didn’t know there was a 10 dollar a day to park at your hotel that I didn’t like. However our cold water wasn’t working so we had to change rooms and for the inconvenience they waived the parking fee.”

“Hotel bello e ben tenuto, servizio di lavanderia molto comodo, stanza e colazione ok. Non vicinissimo alle spiagge ma nemmeno troppo lontano, 2 minuti in auto e si arriva. Il personale potrebbe anche sorridere un po', sembra che siano loro a fare un favore a noi che siamo i clienti!”

“Niente di particolarmente speciale. All'arrivo ho trovato una reception molto disordinata, dettagli poco curati. In generale è tutto un po' decadente. Il prezzo non eccessivo lo rende comunque interessante per passare una notte.”
