“We really enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, modern and the AC was coooooold. But the location was the shining star! Loved the pool area and was steps from the beach. The steps directly to the pool area were very nice and convenient and set this place apart from the other condos in the building. We would stay here again for sure!”

The people we met while walking through the development and relaxing by the pool were very cordial and polite. We stayed 5 nights and hope to make plans to go again in the near future.. “The condo was perfect our family of 6. More than enough room, beds and bathrooms! Kitchen has everything you could need, the view from the balcony is amazing(tons of dolphins) and it’s a short 3-5 minute walk to the beach. Definitely need to use a wagon for all your beach equipment. There was one left by previous visitors and we added to it by leaving beach toys! Also it’s right across the street from a market for anything needed! Great trip, great location - highly recommend! ”

“Checkin was incredibly easy. The kitchen served its purpose, although I wish there had been a few more utensils and a larger baking sheet as we were 4 people. The coffee maker needed a good cleaning, but then worked very well. You could not beat the location, and we thoroughly enjoyed the view from the balcony every morning and evening.”

“Fantastic! We could sit on one of the 3 decks and watch our 12 and 13 year olds play on the beach. Felt very safe. You are close to Clearwater with the crowds and activities, but you aren’t IN Clearwater with the crazy crowds. There’s no pool, but no one missed that at all! Great food options close by. Well appointed rental with all we needed including beach chairs and boogie boards. Liunge chairs on the top deck were torn up and should be tossed, but again, no one cared at all. When we...
