“Stayed at the Renaissance Spa Hotel and had a great experience overall. Shawn at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and helpful from the start. I stayed on the 19th floor with beautiful city views and a partial ocean view. I spent 7 nights there, and the room was consistently clean and comfortable thanks to excellent housekeeping. “I have tried the property twice to see what people are giving it good reviews for. The rooms are extremely old, the furnishings are poor and there are no amenities. You have to pay for the Gym if you want to use it, the pool is sub par, it is not worth it. I would pay a little more and stay at the AC or another hotel in the future.”

“It was really good since the shopping cent5 was right next door they had everything you needed close by only issue was the Giovanni was not really helpful with order waited a hour before they reached out that it was not going to be delivered ordered from a food delivery 5 different drivers tried to receive and none could get our food but other then that it was really a experience”
