“The pool was fine, however the day we checked in the bathroom had heavy thick drips of cleaner all over down the door, like somebody sprayed and just left it. We requested someone clean the room again, which they did - but I ended up finishing the job. My rag was filthy so obviously it wasn’t clean. The tub had grime build up in the corners, which I cleaned, and there was dirt build up around the lotion toiletry area. Which I also had to wipe clean, no apology - just a new fancy folded...

“The heater did not work and it got cold. When I turned the heater on the AC came on. The bed was so hard that I had a backache and cramps all night. When I went to get in the shower the bottom of it was so disgusting. I couldn't even get in. I had to clean it. The toilet did not flush but maybe once and the faucet in the bathroom sink sprayed everywhere and leaked all over the place. It was terrible and I feel like I shouldn't have to pay for it”

“The hotel is clean and the staff were very helpful with always happy smile specially the lady preparing the breakfast the hotel room is nice and clean I am also happy with the breakfast and the unlimited 24 hrs coffee so I enjoy my two nights stay in La Quinta Inn I recommend La Quinta as a nice and accommodating place to stay in Boise Idaho thank you very much to all the staff I recommend the breakfast should start at 5 am for the early bird guest thank you ”

“Do NOT stay at this property especially with children. The appearance from the parking lot is just the start of your disappointment. It is obvious that the owners take no pride in the property and minimum effort is an under statement. The hotel is stale, smells bad, and is visibly dirty. I was traveling with family and had 2 rooms. I paid extra for a pool side room, the sliding glass door was screwed shut. YES, screwed shut.
