“Love these hotels, however, there was a lot of noise above us(running and jumping) and I asked the gal at the front desk if she could politely ask the people above us to stop the running and jumping because we had listened to it for hours!! Her comment was,”We can only contact someone for “excessive noise” and only after 10pm. To me, it was excessive and the response was rude. We had to turn up our TV because the noise was “excessive “.”
