“I wish I had stayed my whole week here rather than heading to Vegas for my 20th Anniversary! We will be back!”

“It was so strange , there wasn’t anyone on the front desk , You were speaking to a keyos . And that guy was useless , he didn’t show any instructions where my room was , I walked out back and walked under the level 2 entrance area and this huge dog came out barking like he was in a mission . The wiener came out screaming at the dog and cursing him , and all you could smell was weed . It was an awful experience. When i finally found my room ,people were so noisy . I ask the guy on the keyios...

“I like that the communication was good through the expedia app to contact our accommodations for the studio. Room was very small but clean. Room got extremely hot at night even w fan and air running but air turned off when sleeping. Made for a very hard time resting. Had to take all bedding off to sleep comfortably. Hard children crying late at night after 10pm 11pm.glad it was clean tho”

“The door lock didn’t work for us had to contact someone to give us a code to be able to get in. The WiFi was ridiculous, hardly worked. The sink faucet was so loose felt like turning on the water would rip the faucet off its brackets. The TP holder was broken. Was a good price but everything was cheaply made and breaking.”

“There was box elder Beatles on me when I woke up. There was a few dead ones on the bathroom floor and the batteries in the tv remote were dead.”

“We tried to check in and couldn't get into the room. The code we were given got us into the building. But the code to get into our room wouldn't open the door. After trying multiple times without success, we tried contacting Hotels.com to get advice. We were unable to reach a real person for help. Since we needed to have a room for the night, we got a room at Comfort Suites instead. We're extremely frustrated and will be seeking a refund for this room we were unable to use.”
