Disappointed that Expedia doesn't use discernment when choosing which hotels they promote, disappointed that my family didn't feel safe enough to even go inside the lobby, disappointed that I spent what I consider to be a considerable amount of money for a hotel room that wasn't even used, and disappointed that what was supposed to be a fun trip to watch a bowl game turned into a stressed out...

“No internet couldn’t do my work, tv didn’t work, toilet didn’t flush properly. The towels dirty, parking lot was terrible”

“The manager on duty Thomas was extremely helpful and professional. ”

“They do allow up to 2 dogs with no size limit. The dogs are only allowed in the Smoking Rooms. Dogs are supposed to be on leash but several dogs were running around off leash. The “Potty Area” is in a field adjacent to the property. No one (!!) picks up after their dogs. You could not go 3 steps without stepping in “land mines “. The parking was very limited and we had to park across the parking lot from our room because all the room front parking was for the Non Smoking rooms. Check in...

“Lobby smelled like moth balls 1st rooms bathroom was dirty they quickly changed the room and the 2nd room was better and bathroom was clean.. room did not smell like moth balls”
