★This home has 4 cozy bedrooms. Each bedroom has a 43” Smart TV and comfortable Queen-size bed. Perfect for getting a great sleep and unwinding.
★Inside the home are 3 luxurious bathrooms. No need to share 1 bathroom amongst all the guests. Perfect for taking your time to freshen up.
★Nothing feels more like home than a nice hot dinner/breakfast. Enjoy the full-equipped kitchen with all new appliances. Cooking utensils, pots and pans, silverware , bowls, plates and cups are available to the guest for use.
★This property has a large spacious backyard which is great for soaking up the sun or gathering with friends and family. Lawn chairs and outdoor table available for lounging on summer days.
GUEST ACCESS:
Guest have full access of the home, backyard and driveway. This property is a duplex in which guests have access to Side A. Side B access is exclusively for access to staff and property manager.
*Our neighborhood is culturally diverse and quiet.
*The neighborhood has many local restaurants, as well as some of your known favorites.
*Whether you decide to rent a car or use ride share, you'll have access to several interstate highways (including IH610, IH45, SH 59/60) making traveling throughout Houston easy.
