“Thoughtful and smart room layout and design. Little touches that make the room traveler friendly. Check in and out was easy. Courteous and friendly staff. Only glitch was the room we were originally given was loud with adults and children in the hall, children jumping on furniture by the elevator and unleashed dog with the same party. However, we went back to the front desk and were given a room on another floor. ”

“I was so impressed and pleased with my stay at Clarion Pointe Mattoon. From our check in until our departure, the staff was very kind and helpful. Our room was so clean and updated. We stayed 2 nights and it was a very peaceful experience. We have stayed down the road at the pricier hotel and this stay was comparable to it, only the price was better! If I had to have something to mention, the exhaust fan in the bathroom does not have its own control. ”
