Lisa Waldman was leaving for the day and she took the time to get on the phone with Expedia and figure out how to fix the problem. “Property and rooms are clean, however the room entertainment options are VERY SUB PAR. DirectTv is available, but offers no local network options, only cable channels. Also, NO YOUTUBE options, like other Hilton properties I stay at. C’mon, I thought everyone offered that by now! This hotel needs some major updates. ”
