“Mostly everything was pretty mid-range. It was fairly clean, nothing special... But it feels like the whole place could use a real deep clean. The staff was great, though. Decent breakfast as long as you get it before about 8am.”

“Clean room two comfortable queen beds with four pillows each. Large room with wifi desk for some business lots phone charging outlets. Will be back next year 😃”

“My stay June 4-7 Hotel hallways are humid and hot not good air ventilation. The rooms need better cleaning in the corners and bathroom floors Small fridge is not cold enough food went bad There was a loud banging on the floor late in the night above our room that kept us up . The breakfast was ok . I would not stay here again unfortunately do to a personal issue I had with the hotel and my third party reservation The hotel is not very helpful or considerate”

“All Hamptons have nice rooms and extras. The Seguin Hampton was exceptional. Pool was very clean and gym was in good working order. Breakfast was good. Room had a nice shower which I prefer. I don't need an accessible room yet but I hate having to step into and out of a tub. The best thing was: At check in I was NOT ASKED for an extra $50 for "incidentals" which the Hampton in Lufkin did and I have yet to get my money back.”

“Room smelled bad like mildew, mattress had horrible stains. Not what we are used with a Holiday Inn Express. Would not stay here again.”

“Room was ok but entire facility could be remodeled and updated. The tub in our room was clogged; reported it the first morning and was told a maintenance worker would show up while we were out; came back after being out the whole day to find the tub was still clogged. Reported it at 11 p.m. and they sent someone out close to midnight. Ended up having to switch to another room that was not equivalent to what we paid for. Was not happy having to do this at midnight but at least they...

“The pool was drained but that was not communicated. The A/C was completely out inthe hallways and it was HOT. VERY HOT. Breakfast is expensive and not good.”
