“Property was filthy. Semen stains on bedding, I went out and bought my own bedding instead. Faeces on toilet seat from previous guest. Carpark was tight. Oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, plates, utensils and dishwasher were disgusting. Aircon needed a clean, it stunk so bad. Washing machine has mould on the rubber door lip and the dryer was full of lint. Made several attempts to contact the email provided and no one bothered to respond.”
