The staff that I met was superb! Even the housekeeper made an effort to understand what I wanted and very kind about it. I received two tasks to make sure I knew to contact them if needed. “The check in was quick. The staff was concerned if we could navigate the stairs to the second floor and offered to change our room to the first floor. But we were fine with steps. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was good . We stayed there four nights and would stay again.”
