“The best part of our stay is what the Plaza has in spades: history. I really enjoyed the historical placards and notes about the hotel's history, famous occupants, and famous films and tv shows made there. (Yay Longmeyer) The rooms are lovingly preserved, yet with necessary amenities. Some things that could be better include friendlier staff and a better restaraunt.”

“When we checked in we were told to ask for housekeeping the next morning to have our room cleaned. We did as we were told however our room was never cleaned and when we asked the front desk they didn’t seem to care that we were upset. We asked for clean towels and at least they gave us that. We won’t stay here again.”

“Very nice hotel with excellent staff, free parking and great breakfast buffet. Beds are plush (softer style of mattress) and rooms are spotless. Only places for improvement would be having the bar stay open past 9pm and adding internet channel capabilities to the television (would only require new boxes from Xfinity).”

“I believe it used to be a motel that has been transformed into a cute, tiny hotel. It was not very close to La Plaza so walking was intense without a car. We had hot days, stores did not open before 10/11 am and many were close d completely or would close at 5 pm. All in all it was ok but I found staff as totally uninformed and non cooperative. Most common answer was "I don't know".”

“Drury Plaza is a fabulous place to stay in Santa Fe! The property itself is beautiful and well maintained. The rooms are very nice, especially the bathrooms. The hotel is located within walking distance to the Plaza. The staff is professional, friendly and very concerned with accommodating their travelers needs and comfort.”
