“I’ve been staying at this hotel since 2021, back when it operated under Wyndham, and unfortunately, the change to Holiday Inn has come with a noticeable decline in quality while prices have increased. Right after checking in, I was approached by a staff member attempting to sell me a vacation plan. I repeatedly explained that I wasn’t interested and that I was tired, but he continued to push the sale even after I said I was already feeling overwhelmed.
