“Hidden gem is just that a hidden gem, it's location is easily walkable to the shops, restaurants, pub, the beach and much more. It's quiet enough with maybe a little noise from passing traffic, it's compact but comes with enough space for what you need and I couldn't have asked for a better host, communication was brilliant and she was happy to help with any issues I may have had. Will definitely stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay near the seaside.”

“We gas the first morning had till 11 am to have a hot drink. When hot water is on the boiler is very noisy. The bathroom was too narrow and the towel hooks stcking out did not help. The oven did not smell right when lit and we did not use it. ”

“We had a lovely stay here The host Sapphire was an amazing lady answered all our questions and made it so easy for us to settle in and even left us a book with everything we needed to know that was in the area The place was well equipped with everything we needed for our 3nts stay The place was very clean spotless The beds was all made for us.We had alittle garden with seating and a table where we had dinner with a view of the sea and watched the sunset so beautiful. “A lovely property with plenty of space allowing for the easy movement of young child and dogs. Secure back garden. Close to a well-kept playing field with swings. Would fully recommend.”

“Fabulous accommodation well fitted out with much appreciated basic tea/coffee supplies etc. Handmade ice-cream in freezer a surprise bonus, & delicious.Location is peaceful & within good distance of surrounding areas. ‘Twas a bit of a challenge for us newbies to driving English roads to find, especially in the cloudy & rainy conditions. However, we highly recommend this property & would happily return anytime ”

“Klein maar fijn! Schitterend uitzicht vanaf het chalet. Wij hebben hier 3 nachten verbleven, eigenlijk te kort. Makkelijk om met de trein Londen te bereiken. Zee op loopafstand, levendig dorpje met veel vermaak. Onze tieners vonden het hier heerlijk en hadden snel contact op het park. ”

“Absolutely lovely caravan! Garry and Claire are so nice and welcoming! Lots of little touches (milk, tea, coffee, bottles of Fizz on arrival) a few basic cleaning supplies available, toilet rolls, washing up liquid, vacuum, clothes airer and more which made our stay so much more convenient (including wifi)! Plenty of blankets and bedding to keep us warm, although the heating alone was very sufficient. We had a really nice stay and we would gladly stay again!”

"Posto incantevole, questo edificio immerso nel verde, stuttura con un suo stile, albergo in parte in ristrutturazione, parte delle camere gia ristrutturate, la nostra nonostante è stata ancora da ristrutture presenta un arredamento in stile confortevole e sopratutto pulita. Parcheggio gratuito all'interno del giardino del hotel, dalla strada si fa un pò di difficoltà a trovare la stradina d'entrata tra gli alberi della strada. In zona abbastanza centrale da poter visitare il centro storico di Canterbury a piedi. "

"Posto strategico, ampio parcheggio, visto che eravamo in moto ci hanno fatto parcheggiare in un posto non visibile vicino al hotel, per la sicurezza del mezzo. Un plus alla cortesia del personale della reception. Stanze pulite e confortevoli. C'è la possibilità di una piscina coperta."
