“Place was clean and in a perfect location. The lack of communication was a big star removal from my review. The hotel puts a $450 hold on your card- “they did not discuss this detail while checking In”. $200 for incidentals then $250 for possible room charges- which each day if you have a car on the property you will be charged $25 a night! “We had a great time at the Hilton Pensacola beach! The hotel was a little dated but we loved the balcony and the room was spacious(floors were a bit dirty) ice maker didn't work on our floor but no big deal, staff was nice and had ample parking! Close to all the good restaurants and shopping! Over all it was a nice stay”
