“We were greeted by Daniel at the front desk. He was extremely friendly, informative and accommodating. He made us feel at home as soon as we walked in. He and Katelyn checked in with us via text daily, to be sure our stay was perfect. Valet was on point with car, and gave us great tips and ideas as we were coming and going. Hotel grounds were clean, staff was so friendly. Our room was a nice size, very clean and updated, with amazing views of the Gulf. Restaurants and shopping all next door....

“The elevator was down and I’m disabled with multiple sclerosis. I had to take the stairs which is very difficult and painful for me to do. I had even requested an accessible room on the first floor and was told they were all taken. ”

“The entrance was clear and clean. The area around the elevator was dirty flooring and water from the pool area. The second floor area around the elevator and spill stains on the floor. My room smelled of urine.Room 212 I could not determine it was the flooring or the bathroom. I had air freshener to ease the smell. The bedding was very thin. I ended using both covers from the other bed. It was convenient to where I needed to go, but will bring it to someone’s attention in the...
