“Place was dirty when we got there, was never cleaned upon arrival. AC was leaking all over the house leaving puddles all over the place. Not one day did we have hot water, we showered and did everything in COLD water for a WEEK. The pictures seem to be taken a while ago because they are not the same then in person. Mold in the shower doors rotting etc. nice location though loved the building just not this specific one. Many problems with no solution”

“First ! We LOVED the location. Watching the waves and seeing the sunset was spectacular. What wasn’t so great was the non communication about the garage parking/ permit. Had to have security staff help me AFTER them telling me what to do. There was paper on the floor , hair balls on couch and on the floor.and bobbi pins under a chair. Crusted food on the counter.Clearly a rushed cleaning or didnt care about how it was done. Remote to tv in master bedroom was missing , and the tv in the bunk room...

“The only upside to this property was the pool and the beach being outside the condo. The entire condo was so dirty as if it hadn’t been deep cleaned a single time. There was mold on the shower curtain, ALL OVER the rubber ring in the washer, and on every single vent. There was a panty liner stuck to the door when we got there and my two year old ended up grabbing it and sticking it to his arm. The inside smelled mucky and dingy. The comforters felt like they hadn’t been washed either. The...

“The property staff-security guards, building manager, tiki bar staff-everyone was very friendly, professional, and helpful! The condo was very clean, well stocked, the view was incredible from the 8th floor. Check in and check out process was very easy! We loved the condo and will definitely be back again! The swimming pool was very enjoyable as well! The beach was not too overcrowded and there was plenty of space out on the beach area! We loved it.”
