Resort a Isola di Shell

“Staff did not tell me I received a resort credit with my booking which meant there was an extra $60 on my bill that went unused. I would have liked to use those credits. I think it’s also a bit silly to have such a BEAUTIFUL and high end hotel and not serve your guests breakfast. But other than that, loved my stay here and will be coming back. Just wished I hadn’t wasted nearly 100 without any heads up and didn’t find out until I was handed my receipt.”
