“Front desk staff was not professional. Upon my arrival I felt like I was imposing on the staff at the front desk. Later in the evening when I returned from dinner, there were several men getting high just outside the main entrance to the hotel. The smell was atrocious! The men leared at me as I walked up to the front door of the hotel. As I entered the hotel, the men followed me in. I felt very uncomfortable! I went to the front desk and shared my concerns. The staff said the men were harmless....

“Very clean hotel, hallways smells good. Nice breakfast and great front desk staff. Parking was nice too as you can get in and out of the hotel from various access doors. I parked my car in front of my room window. I would recommend this hotel for your stay in Everett.”

“I paid for a suite and didn’t get it they said I reserved a double bed which my reservation says suite payed 189 a night the first room was a suite but broken shades a dogs stains it smelled lamp was broken closed door was broken until I got moved to a double room never again”

“I had reserved a King Suite with Sea View for our 30th wedding anniversary. When I arrived, the room only had a partial view of the sea through trees. Very disappointed that they advertised this room falsely. The manager at the front desk said there were no other rooms available for us to switch. The weather was hot and we set the air conditioner at the lowest setting (67) but it did very little to lower the temperature. When I asked for a portable fan to use in our room I was informed none were...

“This hotel is overall a good, solid choice for a stay north of Seattle. All the amenities are there: breakfast, pool, exercise room, laundry, and several stores within walking distance. But a few cons worth noting: housekeeping is about a 4 out of 5 (attention to detail is lacking), and the hotel's entrance forces you to make a right turn when you leave which can be tough when traffic is busy and there is a railroad crossing nearby, which backs up traffic.
