“There was not one redeeming quality about this motel. The room was disgustingly dirty & the blankets had cigarette burns. The tv didn’t work at all & there was absolutely no air conditioning”

“I made this reservation 9 months in advance for the World Cup. It was confirmed. We drove two days to get there and they lost the reservation. They claimed Expedia never sent them the reservation even though Expedia clearly had the reservation numbers and told them over the phone with us on the phone with them. They did not check properly and we were left out in the cold. Expedia made it right by getting us a room in a hotel in Kirkland.”
