“There was garbage all over the room on the side of the bed, behind the TV? The TV didn't even work. All it was was snowy, static, this room, It was terrible! There were lipstick stains on our sheets. They made, let's pay a deposit of a hundred $ cash deposit and charged us $50 for 2 dirty towels at checkout day -Which one of them was ours, to begin with since they only gave us one towel, one wash cloth and one hand towel”
