“It may be a studio, but great things come in small packages. This unit has everything one would need for a stay in St Petersburg. Major plus...location, location, location. Walking distance to Vinoy Park and all things downtown, including The Pier. Cool plus...private balcony that provides extra space. Minor plus...shower head placement friendly to those over 6' tall.#littlethingsmeanalotPlan to stay again for sure!”

“This is a perfect location! The accommodations are first rate and its a few short steps to the golden sand and refreshing waters of the gulf. We particularly enjoyed relaxing on the loungers on the property, right at the edge of the sand. The trees provide natural shade. This is an oasis! Check in / out, totally seamless. Host is super responsive and supportive. We will be back!”

“We only had a few days to spend on AMI. The Pink House was quaint and unique, perfectly located a block from the beach and literally beside an amazing restaurant Smoqhouse. Some beach chairs to use would be a great addition and the bathroom could use a bit of repair from some water damage but otherwise it was a perfect stay for 2 of us for a few days. ”
