“The facility and staff were excellent. My only gripe is the mandatory valet parking. I like to have access to my vehicle at all times. Otherwise, a top notch facility. I would definitely recommend it.”

“Sono andata in questo hotel dietro consiglio di una guida. L'aspetto dell'hotel è molto bello e ricco di storia, è un vero e proprio simbolo a St.Pete. Purtroppo peró siamo rimasti molto delusi in primis dalla camera, troppo piccola considerando sia il prezzo che l'esclusività dell'hotel e anche gli standard americani a cui eravamo abituati. Il bagno era davvero imbarazzante... non potevamo usarlo contemporaneamente ma solo a turni. L'accoglienza è stata fredda e ci sentivamo solo un numero.....

“Room was dirty. Cigarette butts in corners of the room. Clraning staff left bags of garbage and old linen from orevious guest in the hall right outside our door for over 24 hours, we had to love it because the wind was blowing and bags were very loud.Trash in the pull out couch. Bathroom was so old and the floor was lifting. Main lights in the bedroom and living room didnt work. Doors dont seal so little bugs get in. Tv screen in living room was broken.
