“This was the perfect beach house! They have thought of everything you need for a good beach trip. They have chairs and umbrellas and even pool toys, a beach wagon and towels, very short walk to the beach. I love this side of the island, it’s less of a party crowd and more residential. Felt very safe there, the pool was wonderful!!! Very clean and comfortable beds. Short drive to pine ave and steps away from the free trolly stops. Highly recommend and we will come back! ”

“This property was perfect for the annual girls beach trip I take with my sister in law and teen niece. Perfectly located to everything on Anna Marie Island and walking distance to your own slice of heaven beach. Also had our own beautiful pool to relax around. This place had everything important to us…comfortable beds, great showers, walking distance to a cure coffee store and the beach! Would definitely stay here again. ”

“We had an amazing time! Perfect place, and so close to the beach and a stone's throw from the free AMI Trolly. Chairs, wagon, and umbrellas were very nice to have provided. Next time we'll leave ours at home. Lol. Loved the outdoor shower for rinsing off all the salt and sand! Beautiful private patio. The place was clean, roomy, and felt like home. Our host was easy to reach and very accommodating. Thank you so much to the team at Anchor Down for such a beautiful and well maintained property...

“Beautiful condo. Very clean. Pool was also very clean. View of bay was gorgeous and very close to an excellent restaurant, The Waterfront, which is a must try. Close to lots of shops, general store, ice cream, etc. We also rented a golf cart so never had to drive. Not even to the Publix. Definitely will be back. Hopeful the washer and dryers will be connected by then. That would be the only thing we would have added. Other than that excellent vacation!! ”

“Gorgeous view. No squeaky box springs as reported in past reviews. Lovely sleep. Lovely space. Alarm is unbearable. It goes off not just when it’s opened but for each person that passes through while it’s open. It must be that way as a pool alarm for kids as there is no gate between this unit and the pool. Very loud. Would not have been bearable through our stay if we had not figured out how to turn it off. Would love to stay again. Not the best beach across the street but enough for walking and...
